1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phgreat48 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phgreat48, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phgreat48 or any regulatory body.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phgreat48 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If phgreat48 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.

phgreat48 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phgreat48 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

phgreat48 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.
• Prohibited deposit methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit cards are not accepted for gambling deposits on phgreat48.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phgreat48 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phgreat48 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Funds deposited into your phgreat48 wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• phgreat48 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, phgreat48 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• phgreat48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the phgreat48 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phgreat48 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgreat48 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by licensed dealers. phgreat48 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• For sports betting, phgreat48 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances outside the Platform's control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgreat48 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or providing false age information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phgreat48 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

phgreat48 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Verification: We strictly enforce the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: You may set loss limits to restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phgreat48 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of phgreat48 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from phgreat48.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the phgreat48 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgreat48 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if phgreat48 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond phgreat48's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phgreat48 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of phgreat48 to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgreat48 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the phgreat48 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phgreat48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notice on the Platform informing users of the changes.
• Where practicable, notify registered users via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phgreat48 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting phgreat48 support with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phgreat48 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
